Terms and conditions
If you change your mind without any reason, we accept the goods in the original condition back within 1 weeks time from the date of purchase. Any physical damage that happens to the goods during this 1 week will have to be paid for: your right to return the goods is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer in original condition when you return them to us. If you have any questions about the goods or need help on deciding whether or not to keep them, please contact us for more information.
Unused, unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days after receipt. A refund or exchange will be given provided that they are in the original condition, with all the original packaging and suitable for resale.
No handling charge applies for non-faulty returns (you would be responsible for the actual postage and packing charges where applicable).
You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods, please send returns recorded or special delivery with the return authorisation number and covering letter. We do not refund postage costs in any circumstances.

Our prices are stated in Pounds Sterling unless stated otherwise and include UK Sales Tax (VAT) at the rate of 17.5%.
We clearly show you the price you have to pay for our products. If, by mistake, we have under-priced a product, we will not have to sell and/or deliver that product/service to you at the stated price, provided that we tell you before we post the product. You can then decide if you still want the product.
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless we actually dispatch the products to you. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. At any point up until then, we may decide not to send the products to you and to give you a full refund.
