Do the computers/laptops come with a warranty?
Standard warranty for laptops up to 24 Month RTB Warranty.
Warranty covers hardware as well as software issues, unlike in most other shops.
Are all software issues covered?
No. If user's own software conflicts with already pre-installed on laptop software, the issue is not covered.
What about laptop batteries are they covered under warranty?
Laptop batteries are considered a consumable electronics and therefore are not covered under warranty.
We will not supply you with a battery that does not hold a charge (also known as dead).
What if I want a brand new battery?
We can supply you with a brand new battery at an extra charge depending on the laptop model. << back to top
How long do the used batteries last for?
Battery life depends on usage and the way the battery has been treated.
Usually it is specified in item description.
If your laptop is connected to a power point then you will be able to use it without a battery.
Generally our refurbished laptops come with very well working batteries therefore you tend to get the same battery life that you would with a brand new product, except where stated otherwise in item description.
What is not covered under warranty?
Problems that are beyond our control such as:

Viruses,Business Requirements
Any kind of damage e.g.Thermal,impact,liquid
Passwords

The warranty does not cover software configuration issues that might be caused due to a virus or deletion of files.
If your power supply is damaged due to a power surge or electically damaged by any othe means then we are unable to cover that under warranty (we recommend that you use a surge protector to eliminate this problem)
Accidental damage that might be caused due to mistreatment (for instance - broken LCD screen). << back to top
What if I am having problems and my warranty has expired?
Contact us with the fault description and we will offer you a repair at a discounted price, or give you a good advice on the best solution.
What happens if I receive my order and it's faulty or damaged?
All our equipment is tested prior to despatch/pickup.
Items are stored and despatched very well packed to exclude possibility of any physical damage. The items are insured for their full value during postage. You must keep the original packaging as evidence of freight damage. Up to 30 working days will be required to resolve the situation.
What does RTB Warranty mean?
RTB warranty is return to base warranty. The customer is responsible for sending or delivering the goods back to us for repairs. Once the job is completed you can collect the goods. If we can not repair or replace the equipment within 4 weeks of receiving the goods we will replace the product with something similar. If you are experiencing problems that are beyond our warranty cover (viruses, drivers, deleted operating system files, other software errors and misuse problems) then a service fee will apply along with delivery charges. The reasons that we cannot prevent it or provide guarantee for software related issues are because these are beyond our control.
Will you install my software if I provide you with the media?
We can install licenced software on your laptop provided that you supply us with the original media (CD's, Floppy's) along with serial/activation keys. Our discounted service fee applies to all software installations that are ordered by our existing clients. << back to top
